Pratt is at an inflection point as an institution. The Institute is in the planning and feasibility process of an anticipated nine-figure comprehensive campaign. In parallel, Pratt seeks to deepen its philanthropic sources of support in the coming years to ensure that the team can achieve its goal of increasing operating and endowment funds.
Pratt seeks a technically proficient and creative Director of Advancement Analytics and Operations (Director). The Director will ideate and create complex, customized reporting to analyze trends, identify and make tough decisions, and forecast priority needs to ensure Institutional Advancement’s long-term success and growth. The successful candidate will lead with influence to build deep coalitions with peer departments in legal, technology, and finance in order to share information, leverage each team’s strengths and best practices, integrate systems, and achieve mutual goals.
The ideal Director will stay up to date on emerging and cutting-edge tools, identifying and implementing new technologies and tools to navigate complex current and future needs. The candidate will utilize dynamic reporting tools to identify predictors and track potential donors based on archetypal indicators. In parallel, they will lead systems integration to centralize data and information.
The Director of Advancement Analytics and Operations will report to the Executive Director of Advancement Services, Jamie Malcolm Grove. The Director will lead a team of three direct reports with oversight of one support staff in data systems, finance, gift processing, and advancement operations.
