Senior Director of CRM Operations

Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Administration and Engagement, the Senior Director of CRM Operations is responsible for the external database of record – this includes conversion to new systems, integration with other software platforms, and ongoing system improvements to optimize the database for development and engagement purposes. The Senior Director of CRM Operations also is responsible for the Data and Systems team in UDAE, ensuring data management and confidentiality.
