Prospect Research Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable Fundraising Professional to strengthen and elevate our Prospect Research and Moves Management processes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead advanced donor research by employing progressive screening tools to develop and refine prospect portfolios across individuals, corporations, and foundations
• Collaborate closely with Gift Officers and Foundation leadership to translate data insights into strategic moves
• Manage the grateful-patient workflow
• Identify high-potential prospects

This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week at our division office in Tampa, FL and periodic regional travel for events and prospect management meetings. Benefits begin on your first day, and the annual salary range is $49,712 to $92,477.
