Associate Vice President for Advancement Services

Bryant Group is partnering with Belmont University in its search for an Associate Vice President for Advancement Services.

Belmont University is seeking a strategic and data-savvy leader to serve as Associate Vice President for Advancement Services. This role is central to driving innovation and operational excellence across the university’s fundraising infrastructure, supporting a culture of insight-driven philanthropy and collaborative advancement.

The AVP will oversee key functions including donor analytics, prospect development, gift administration and advancement technology. They will lead a high-performing team to ensure data integrity, optimize systems and deliver actionable intelligence that supports major gifts, annual giving, planned giving and stewardship efforts across the institution.

The ideal candidate brings at least seven years of progressive experience in advancement services, deep expertise in fundraising databases and analytics, and a proven ability to lead teams through complexity. Strong communication, strategic thinking and a passion for leveraging data to drive impact are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
