What You’ll Tackle

  • Design, Implement & Optimize Blackbaud CRM - Design and configure Blackbaud CRM  to enable fundraisers to work smarter, not harder.

  • Translate Needs to Geek-Speak- Gather requirements, map processes, and turn them into crystal-clear specs and design documents.

  • Data Wrangle - Assist with data conversion mapping, validation, and testing.

  • Trainer & Cheerleader - Run engaging user sessions, craft step-by-step guides, and leave clients feeling like pros.

  • Knowledge Sharer - Write blog posts that help our clients learn and feel empowered

Must-Have

  • Hands-on experience with Blackbaud CRM or Raiser's Edge preferred, or experience with other nonprofit CRMs required. 

  • Solid grasp of nonprofit fundraising operations.

  • Sharp communication skills. 

  • Organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.

  • Self-starter and able to work independently or with teams.

  • Get-it-done attitude. 

Bonus

  • Experience with Engaging Networks or other digital fundraising tools.

  • Past life in a consulting or client-facing role.
