Director of Donor Engagement

Saint Peter’s University seeks a strategic and visionary Director of Donor Engagement to lead the university’s stewardship efforts and elevate the donor experience. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Advancement Operations and Analytics, you will serve as a key leader in demonstrating the profound impact of philanthropy at Saint Peter’s.

In this role, you will be the architect of a comprehensive 3–5 year strategic plan for donor engagement, ensuring our supporters feel deeply connected to our mission. You will oversee everything from high-level giving societies and board logistics to the intricate details of gift agreements and scholarship awarding.

We are looking for a collaborative leader who excels at building relationships across campus departments. You should be a master of "the big picture" while maintaining an eagle eye for the details of gift documentation and compliance.
