Manager, Analytics Programs

Working as part of the Business Intelligence & Data Strategy Team and reporting to the Assistant Vice President (AVP), Business Intelligence & Data Strategy, the Manager, Analytics Programs leads Riley Children’s Foundation’s analytics, reporting, and prospect development functions. This role ensures analytical work is intentional, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Manager applies product and project management practices to analytics initiatives, translating business needs into well-designed solutions. The role also oversees our data models, data visualization strategy, predictive modeling, and portfolio optimization—creating data-informed frameworks that enable fundraisers to focus on the right relationships. Through training and structured communication, this role strengthens data literacy and ensures insights are embedded into fundraising decision-making across the organization.
